They call 2-3 times a day but never leave a message.

They call all the time and when a guy answers they hang up. They know my last name is Williams, and ask for Mrs. Williams, but I am not married and when I tell them that they just hang up.

Could be telemarketer or collector, however, I don't owe anything. Didn't leave msg, called on Sun afternoon, which is strange.

Called from 'Premier Property Services' of Clearwater, FL alleging they had buyers for my vacant lots in Cumberland County Tennessee. All I had to do was send them $595 and usually within 90 days the sale would be completed. My research indicates this is simply another incarnation of 'Preferred Properties' from the same area which had several fraud complaints against it. These people should be locked up by the Florida Stata Attorney General, but apparently they move and switch names often enough that no one is ever jailed. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

Offers to lower credit card rates. Hung up when asked what the company name was.
